Timespan is a devoted independent home care provider with its office based in central Wokingham. Our care team reach out to areas within Berkshire covering Bracknell, Crowthorne, Sandhurst, Ascot, Camberley and Wokingham.

We are passionate about making a difference to people's lives and will be providing care and support to the frail elderly/ frail elderly with dementia and or sensory impairments and mild disabilities or people living with a disability.

We are a highly focused home care provider and we all share the same values, one of our main emphasis is to "always put the person first". We all crystallized together as a team from a previous establishment now moving on into the home care sector to continue our good work to people in our community.

How Timespan Care Agency originated
The staff at Timespan care agency crystallised from working together as a unique team at a local residential care home, all sharing the same visions and values, in delivering the best possible person centred care and outcomes for Individuals. It is for this purpose that our staff team came together with the concept of developing Timespan care Agency to bring home to you the standard of care we have always been able to provide that enabled ourselves to stand out amongst other providers in the Borough. 

Our Purpose
Our purpose is to provide the best possible quality care to our fellow human beings within their own environments irrespective of class, ethnic background and religious belief and colour. Our aim is to provide care that will overcome any impact of isolation within your own home and deliver quality care to the most vulnerable people within our Community. 

Our Vision 
Our vision is striving to provide quality care based on experience. When Timespan Care Agency welcomes its first client in April 2016, its mission was clearly in place: “Better care for the individual, ask questions where necessary to assist us to provide the care the client requires. The Managers and founder of Timespan Care Associates are drawing from their knowledge of Care Home management experiences, a collective of passionate individuals who share diversity in working and thinking as a team. This kind of cooperation, efficiency and shared vision has fostered excellence in peoples’ care. As it may imply we at Timespan Care Associates in our personages' believe that we want to represent the consolidated feelings of our clients, to bring the best care with compassion to you. 

Our Background

The management and the team
The management team of the organisation comprises of two Managing Directors, one being the Registered Manager. The two directors are very experienced in the care of the elderly/elderly with dementia illnesses as well in Adults and Elderly with Mental Health Illnesses. The Managing Director SN has experience working for the NHS from 2005 till June 2014 and many other residential and domiciliary homes in Hertfordshire, London and West Berkshire, Southampton and Bracknell up until the year 2016. The Managing Director SN gained his MSc Degree in Social Sciences, LLB (Hons) in Law, a (PGC) Post Graduate Certificate in Professional Management in the UK Universities and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering in Liechtenstein an EU/EEC country, and will soon be facing the Registered Manager’s Award process and procedure. 

The Managing Director AP has over 8 years experience in Marketing / Sales, and is an experienced manager and has Diploma in Business Studies. The Managing Director AP has managed several sales departments while working within the marketing and sales field. The Managing Director AP has gained her Level 3 in Management (iLm) from the Institute and Leadership in Management, has over 14 years experience in the care of the elderly within the Healthcare and Social Care Sector and has her NVQ Level 2 in that field. The Managing Director has as well acquired the IOSH Certificate in managing safety within Healthcare Sector from the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health; and in 2002 acquired the City & Guilds Certificate; in 1987 acquired BTEC First Certificate in Business Studies including other courses on Safeguarding Vulnerable Adult, Mental Capacity Act and Safer Recruitment. 

The Management Team will be supported by a team of staff members/Care Assistants, and Domestic Staff. The Care Assistants will be fully trained to perform to their best subject to the Healthcare Minimum Standard in England and Wales. The care coordinators have the responsibility to oversee the smooth running of the day-to-day activities. Please be rest assured that the management team will always be available to answer your call during and after business hours.
