Timespan Care Agency dedicated assessment manager will meet with you at your chosen venue or where your care will be taking place to ascertain your requirements by carrying out necessary risk and care needs assessment. All together the assessments will determine the cost of the care package you will require. We will then leave you and all involved in the decision making process about your care package giving you time to reach the decision at your own time. You and your relatives are not under any obligation to purchase our services unless you so decide.
Should you reach the agreement with Timespan to purchase our service, we will put together with your support your person centred care plan based on your preferences, choices, likes and dislikes. All about your care package with Timespan will take the involvement of all other professionals into consideration.
Your choice of service with Timespan Care Agency will start on your chosen date and time.
Our Charges varies subject to your care package whether your package is purchased by the Local Authority or by you as a private, your care package is the factor that determines the costs.
Costs of services purchased by the Local Authority and the Social Services will be paid by the Social Services to Timespan Care Agency. Therefore, no invoices will be sent to the client.
Timespan will make a direct charge to the private client where the private client is the purchaser. Charges will be invoiced as per agreed and chosen care package.
Bank and Public Holidays
All Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Year Day
These will be charged one and a half the usual rates
Timesheets
Timespan Care Agency request that it is in the best interest of both parties, the client and the staff to ensure that timesheet is signed after services are carried out.
Live-in / Sleep – in duties
It is the responsibility of the client to provide suitable accommodation for Timespan employee. Respect, dignity and human right should always be taken into consideration by client and service provider. No meal provision is involved during sleep-in duty.
Bills & Payment
An advance payment (initial deposit) may be requested from the client. Timespan Care Agency will send itemised invoice to our client after the service most likely on a weekly basis to minimise the risk of a high bill at a certain period; our policy is to spread the bill evenly over the month to ensure bills are light and easy to meet.
Late Payment / Penalties
Timespan Care Agency (TCA) will charge a late payment interest of 10% if the bill is not paid within fourteen days after the date the invoice is issued.
Expenses (Travel related)
Where Timespan Care Agency employee incurs costs while on duty, for example, running of errands, use own car for client’s shopping; such over head costs will be charged to the client’s invoice.
Introduction Fees (Placement Fee)
Timespan Care Agency will charge an introduction fees of 15% of the employee’s annual salary should a client wish to offer our employee a direct contract.
