Meet The Team

Timespan Care applicants undergo DBS checks, we personally short list, interview and select most suitable applicants that will become our employees and ensure they produce two satisfactory references.  At Timespan Care we ensure our employees undertake the mandatory training and there after undergo a period of shadowing experienced staff members before they are allowed to carry out the provision of care services unsupervised. We have further development training that includes continually updating the already acquired trainings.  We provide additional courses leading to employees achieving NVQ Levels 2 & 3. Other courses include Lone Worker, working with people suffering from Parkinson illnesses, understanding abuse and safeguarding vulnerable adults as well as reporting abuse. All our staff members undergo regular supervision and annual appraisals.  Our staff members wear uniform provided by Timespan Care Agency and are provided with an Identity Badge (ID) for their identification.
